Coffee Recipe Charts:

For pour over, coffee maker, filter, French Press, Hario Switch and Clever Dripper. Not for AeroPress or Espresso.

Based off the most commonly suggested ratio of 60 grams per 1 liter of water or ≈ 1:16.7 Ratio. For French Press or other immersion methods you can try up to 75 grams per 1 liter to your taste. Coffee ratios vary between 1:13 to 1:18.

Here is a cheat sheet for pour over, drip and filter brewing. Based off of 30 grams per 500 ml of water.
Here it is in cups and fluid ounces, with rounding for convenience. Useful if your coffee brewer only lists cups. *This is based off US cups of 8 fluid ounces. Cups can mean 4, 5, 6, or 8 ounces of water depending on your brewer, try to figure out how many fluid ounces you are using vs. cups to avoid the wrong ratio.
